Tiny Tale Prints – Returns & Refund Guidelines

We want your experience with Tiny Tale Prints to feel magical from the moment your order arrives. Every delivery includes a Welcome Pack with:
✔ Tiny Tale Prints squeegee
✔ QR code linking to installation videos & guides
✔ Backing sheet for future storage
✔ Sturdy, protective packaging
1. How to Start a Return, Exchange or Cancellation
If you need to organise a return, exchange, cancellation, or report an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible:

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if something has arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once your request is approved, we’ll provide you with the return instructions and return address. For security and logistics reasons, our return address is only shared after a return has been authorised.
2. When You Can Return an Item
If something isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible:
• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Decal sheets must remain on their backing paper
• Packaging and components must be returned
You’re welcome to open the tube to view your design, but decals themselves must not be applied or peeled off their backing.
Change-of-mind refunds:
The shipping cost we originally paid for your order will be deducted from your refund.
3. Seasonal Sales & Promotional Events
During our biggest storewide events — Black Friday, EOFY and any other Promotional events — all purchases are final sale and not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Purchases made outside these peak events, including orders using promotional or influencer codes, remain eligible for our regular 14-day return window.
4. Returns for Bundles, Sets & Multi-Buy Offers
If only part of a bundle or discounted set is returned:
• The items you keep will revert to their full retail price
• Your refund will be adjusted to reflect standard pricing
This ensures discounts apply only when the original bundle conditions remain intact.
5. Exchange Requests
Exchanges can be arranged through our returns process.
Once we receive and check your returned item, your replacement will be shipped.
6. About Your Walls & Surface Preparation
Every wall is unique — and installation conditions can affect results.
Surface or paint issues can occur if:
• Walls have been painted within the last 30 days
• Paint is old, unstable, un-primed, or low-quality
• Surfaces are textured or exposed to humidity
• Decals are removed without first warming the adhesive
Because these factors are outside our control, paint or surface damage is not considered a product fault.
7. Adhesive Expectations & Usage Window
Our decals are designed for gentle repositioning during installation.
However:
• Repeated repositioning may weaken adhesive
• Incorrect surfaces or storage can affect stickiness
• Heat and humidity can impact performance over time
For this reason, we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements for adhesive issues reported more than 60 days after purchase.
8. If Your Order Arrives Faulty or Incorrect
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can assist promptly.
We will arrange one of the following:
• A replacement
• A repair (if suitable)
• A refund to your original payment method
9. Items That Cannot Be Returned
• Gift cards
• Clearance items
• Purchases made during final-sale events
10. Cancelling Your Order
Changed your mind before your order ships?
Contact us as soon as possible — we’ll cancel and refund it if it has not yet been dispatched.
If your order has already been dispatched, you’re still welcome to return it in line with our standard returns policy. Return shipping costs will apply.
11. How Refunds Are Processed
Once your return arrives and is inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

• Orders over $200 originally ship free
• If returns bring your kept items below $200, a $9.95 shipping fee will be deducted
• If your entire order is returned, the actual shipping cost we paid to the carrier will be deducted
