3. Made-to-Order Production
All Tiny Tale Prints decals and wall products are printed on demand, especially for your order.
• Standard production time is 1–3 business days
• Peak periods (sales, holiday events, new releases) may take slightly longer
• We pack your order carefully and dispatch as soon as it is ready
Please review your order details carefully before purchasing, as orders begin production quickly.
4. Shipping
Shipping is handled according to our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Key points:
• Standard shipping within Australia is $9.95 for orders under $200
• Orders $200 or more ship free
• All orders are sent with tracking
• Delivery times vary based on your location and carrier delays

5. Product Details & Colour Accuracy
We make every effort to display colours, scale and product details accurately.
However, please note:
• Colours may vary between devices, screens and lighting conditions
• Images are representative only and may not show exact scale in your space
We recommend reviewing sizing information carefully before purchasing.
6. Surface Suitability, Installation & Removal
Our decals are designed for smooth, properly prepared interior walls.
Please ensure that:
• Walls are fully cured (we recommend waiting at least 4 weeks after painting)
• Surfaces are dry, clean, sealed and free from dust
• Walls are not textured, flaking, damp, dusty or damaged
When removing decals:
• Apply gentle heat (e.g., a hairdryer on low)
• Peel slowly at a low angle
Tiny Tale Prints is not responsible for paint or surface damage caused by unsuitable surfaces, incorrect preparation, installation or removal. These circumstances are not considered product faults.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in line with our Returns & Refund Guidelines, which form part of these Terms.
Summary:
• Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days for unused items in original condition
• Refunds are not available once decals have been applied
• Shipping fees or adjustments may apply as outlined in our policy
• If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us promptly

8. Sales, Promotions & Discount Codes
Unless otherwise stated:
• Only one discount code can be used per order
• Promotions may change or end without notice
• Discounts cannot be applied to past orders
9. Customer Photos, Reviews & Content
If you submit or tag us in photos, videos, or reviews featuring Tiny Tale Prints products:
• You grant us permission to use this content in our marketing (website, social media, ads, email, etc.)
• You confirm you own the rights to the content and have consent from anyone featured
• We will not share personal information without your permission
You may request removal of your content at any time by emailing us.
10. Intellectual Property
All product designs, artwork, images, text and other materials on our website are the property of Tiny Tale Prints or our licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, modify or reproduce our content or designs for commercial purposes without written permission.
“Tiny Tale Prints” and associated branding are trademarks of Tiny Tale Prints.
11. Australian Consumer Law & Limitation of Liability
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Nothing in these Terms excludes your statutory rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiny Tale Prints is not liable for:
• Indirect, incidental or consequential loss
• Loss caused by misuse, unsuitable surfaces, incorrect installation or removal
• Delays or disruptions caused by couriers or events outside our control
Where permitted under the ACL, our liability is limited to:
• Replacement of goods
• Repair of goods
• Supply of equivalent goods
• Refund of the cost of goods
12. Prohibited Use of Our Website
You agree not to use our website to:
• Commit any unlawful or fraudulent activity
• Violate our intellectual property rights
• Spread harmful software, spam or malicious content
