Tiny Tale Prints โ Shipping Policy

All of our wall decals and prints are made to order. We print your design on demand in our studio, then carefully pack and ship your order so it arrives ready to bring your walls to life. This page explains how we handle processing times, shipping costs, delivery timeframes, and what to expect during transit.
1. Processing Times
All orders are printed and processed on business days (MondayโFriday, excluding public holidays in ACT).

Standard processing time is usually 1โ3 business days

During peak periods (sales, holidays, product launches), processing may take slightly longer
Youโll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
We currently ship within Australia only.

Standard shipping (orders under $200): $9.95
-
Free shipping (orders $200 or more): $0
These rates align with our Refund Policy. If you return items and your kept items fall below the $200 threshold, a shipping adjustment may apply as outlined in that policy.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, typical delivery estimates are:

Metro areas: 2โ5 business days

Regional & remote areas: 3โ10 business days
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather events, busy seasons, or other external factors outside our control.
4. Tracking Your Order
Most orders are sent with full tracking so you can follow your parcelโs journey.

5. Authority to Leave (ATL) & Missed Deliveries
Tiny Tale Prints ships using Sendle and similar courier partners. Most parcels are sent with Authority to Leave (ATL) by default.
This means:

The driver has permission to leave your parcel in a safe, discreet place at the delivery address if no one is home

If the driver cannot find a safe place, or the property is not accessible (for example, a locked gate or secure apartment building), they may follow the local carrier process, which can include taking the parcel to a nearby collection point and/or leaving a card with instructions
Because ATL is standard with our carriers, please ensure the delivery address you provide is safe and suitable for unattended delivery.
Once tracking shows a parcel as delivered or left in a safe place at the address provided, responsibility for the parcel passes to the recipient. Tiny Tale Prints cannot be held liable for parcels that are lost, stolen or damaged after they have been delivered/left safe.
If a parcel is returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts, an incorrect address, or not being collected from a collection point, re-shipping costs may apply.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details during checkout.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, weโll do our best to update it

If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the address
Weโre not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
7. Delays, Lost Parcels & Damage During Transit
We partner with reputable carriers, but unexpected issues can occur.

Delays: Please check your tracking information first. If youโre still concerned, contact us and weโll look into it.

Lost parcels: If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, we will open an investigation with the carrier and support you through the process.

Damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days, providing clear photos of the packaging and product so we can help.
8. Pre-Orders & Backorders
Because we print on demand, we generally do not have stock issues and do not usually offer pre-orders or backorders.
If we ever do run a special pre-order or time-limited release:

The product page will clearly display that it is a pre-order and include an estimated dispatch date

Your order will ship once all items are ready, unless otherwise specified
9. How Shipping Ties Into Returns
A quick summary of how shipping interacts with returns:

Orders over $200 qualify for free standard shipping

If returned items bring your kept items below $200, a $9.95 shipping fee may be deducted from your refund

If your entire order is returned, the actual shipping cost we paid to the carrier may be deducted from your refund
